CH.01For parents

Confidence through objective progress

Parents deserve more than opinions. Three times a season you receive a report you can read in five minutes and check against the last one.

You should not have to take it on trust

TIPS provides clear performance reports that allow families to understand exactly how their child is progressing throughout the season.

Youth football is full of confident statements about potential. Almost none of them come with evidence, which leaves families guessing about whether the time, the fees and the travel are producing anything.

A number from January compared with the same number in April settles that question. If a quality has not moved, the report says so, and the program changes.

CH.02What you receive

Six measurable insights

Athletic development

A composite view of power, strength, speed and symmetry, and where it sits relative to the athlete's own history.

Strength progress

Hip and knee force in newtons, left and right reported separately rather than averaged into one comfortable figure.

Speed development

Ten and twenty metre times, with the split that shows where the time is won.

Movement quality

How force is produced and absorbed, not only how much of it there is.

Seasonal progression

Three assessment points per quality, plotted so the direction of travel is obvious.

Individual performance benchmarks

Targets set from the athlete's own baseline and age group, not from a professional first team.

The blue bar is where the athlete started. The lime marker is where they finished. Nothing on the report requires a background in sports science to read, and the plain language summary comes first.

An honest number beats an encouraging one.

Sometimes a report shows that a quality has not moved. We send that report exactly as it is, with what we intend to change.

Families who get the flat seasons as well as the good ones are the ones who can actually trust the good ones.

›Same protocol, so it is comparable
›Plain language, so it is readable
›Every result, not the flattering ones
