CH.03Your first session

Forty minutes, then the numbers

00:00

Warm up and calibrate

You warm up the way you would before training. Height and mass are recorded because power and force are reported relative to your body, not in isolation.

00:10

Jump, press, sprint

Countermovement jumps on the plates, isometric holds on the frame, then sprints and turns through the gates. Several attempts at each, because the best of three is a fairer read than one.

00:35

See it immediately

Your force trace is on screen before you leave. You will see the shape of your own jump, where your force peaks and how your left compares with your right.

48:00

Report and priority

Within 48 hours you get the full profile, where you sit against your squad, and the one quality worth attacking first.

Train smarter. Perform better.

Working harder is not a plan, and neither is doing what the strongest player in the squad does. The quality holding you back is specific to you, and so is the training that fixes it.

You will know if it worked. That is the part most athletes have never had.
